“Like many, I tried working out on my own doing weights and biking, and believed I was eating correctly. However, I saw no significant improvement in weight loss, strength, or body definition. I decided it was time to change the routine, and invest in a personal trainer.
Alyse is an amazing personal trainer! She always watches to make sure I am doing the exercise correctly, and if I note any issues while doing the movement, she immediately modifies the movement, adjusts the weight, or completely switches the exercise so as not to cause any further injury or impede the recovery process. If I have any questions about why we are doing a particular exercise, what the benefit is, etc. she fully answers them, and promptly responds to any texts.
Over several months we have significantly increased the weights lifted, and reps completed. Once a month we take weight and body measurements, and review how they have changed. I could not be happier with the results. I am well on my way to losing 20 lbs, have added noticeable muscle, dropped 4 pants sizes, and am approaching a single digit body fat percentage.
Alyse has an awesome personality, a great sense of humor, is easy to talk to, and always motivates me to keep going. “I fell and injured my right knee on November, 20, 2016. Four months later in April 2016, I began seeing Erin Price for knee rehab. I was on a walker for 6 weeks and transitioned to a cane. I also wore an unloader brace for 6 months from April through September and transitioned off of it. Most of the pain was gone when I first started seeing Erin thanks to my acupuncturist. When I first started seeing Erin, I couldn’t go up or down the steps with my right leg. I also couldn’t do leg raises or walk too far without having sore muscles. I could only do 10 pounds on the leg press and now I can do 60 pounds. I could also do 5 pounds on the leg curl and now I can do 25 pounds. I often take my little dogs for walks at Dick Nichols Park. At first I needed to walk with the brace and cane and couldn’t walk around the park without getting sore muscles. Now I can walk a mile around the park without the brace or cane and no more sore muscles. I feel I’ve made real progress in the year I’ve been seeing Erin.”

“Yep, I made the mistake of taking too much time off from exercise. For three years I avoided the gym. But that’s over now. Personal trainer Erin Price successfully guided my path back to fitness. After one year working out with her, I am finally back, I feel great, I look great (said modestly) at age 62. I’ve gained strength and toned up and without ever hurting myself. Erin comes prepared with challenging workouts. We strive for proper technique and have discussed nutrition. She helped a shoulder injury i got a few months ago from landscaping work. “I can't recommend Chris Protein enough.
When I first came to him I was badly out of shape. After several years of not working out I had just about zero muscle strength and as a result I can barely do a squat or a push-up. I had no endurance and got exhausted during just about any cardio.
Just after a month later the results speak for themselves. I'm 10lbs lighter. My body has started " shaping". I can do squats, push-ups and now a multitude of new, ever-more challenging exercises. Best of all, my attitude towards fitness has changed. It no longer feels like a hassle to exercise, but a process I actually enjoy in no small part due to the self-confidence losing weight and gaining muscle has given me.
Chris was and continues to be the perfect trainer on this journey. He's encouraging and pushes you without being overbearing. He's patient but never lets you take the easy way out. No two sessions with him are the same - he continually switches up what we do so I am never bored. He's also a stickler for form so, as well as learning how exercises should be done, and injury-free,
Outside of the gym, Chris is just as helpful, providing me with a specific diet plan, as well as cardio exercises and gym workouts to maintain progress when I'm not with him.
Finally, Chris is always on time to every appointment, engaged during every session and available on text if I have a questions. I feel he is as committed to my progress as I am.”

“I love coming to workout at Chris protein. I love my trainer Alyse I've been working out with her for almost 5 months now 3 to 4 times a week and she always changes it up and it keeps me interested and I love the challenge. Katie wanted to add muscle and get leaner to compete in her first bikini competition. To accomplish these goals she followed a flexible nutrition plan & exercise plan customized to her & did one on one training sessions. As a result she gained lean muscle and got much stronger. She also lost 16 lbs, decreasing her bodyfat from 23% to 15%, and competed in her first bikini show!

“To call Chris a trainer doesn't seem to capture exactly the scope of what he does. Chris changes lives. He transforms bodies. He coaches, counsels, listens and pushes you to reach your goals. He put together a plan that is tailored exactly to my metabolism and goals, which has been very useful, especially considering the changes my body has gone through since hitting my 50's.
