Corey has been consistently successful with individual training as well as small group training. His specialties include functional and post-rehabilitation training. One fitness career highlight includes helping a client achieve a 100-pound weight loss goal.

He also specializes in military and first-responder readiness training. With meticulous attention to detail, Corey’s passion for fitness allows him to easily shift from bootcamp-style workouts to corrective programs. To keep his clients engaged and his programs effective, he teaches innovative exercises that help his clients excel.

Corey Springer, CPT

ACE-CPT  |  B. AS. in Health Studies and AS in Exercise Science 

Corey brings a diverse background to the Fitness Floor. He earned his Bachelor of Applied Sciences in health studies, with a Minor in business marketing, from Monmouth University; and his Associate of Applied Sciences degree in exercise science from Bergen Community College. He is a certified personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise, with additional certifications in a variety of health and fitness areas.

Corey proudly served in the United States Air Force. He worked in logistics and the aerospace medical field. He also was an airman leader who ran the physical training programs in his units. He began his personal training career over seventeen years ago. Within that time, Corey also held roles in a myriad of different health science, sports nutrition, and fitness capacities.
