Client Shout Out to Greer! 👏

This week we wanted to give a shout out to one of our fantastic clients, Greer! She attended her Transformation Session six months ago, where she immediately got on track for success. Since then she has been consistently training with Montana, and the hard work is paying off. She's seen progress like weight loss, decreased circumference measurements, and major strength increases!

She did it by attending sessions with her trainer twice a week, and doing some cardio workouts twice a week for 30 minutes on her own as well. At the sessions Montana worked with her on building strength, and feeling exercises in the right places.


To improve mobility they incorporated dynamic stretching and a variety of exercises that put her body through all the different planes of motion.


Next up was nutrition. Montana helped her develop some healthy habits like increasing her protein intake with foods she liked and fit her dietary needs.


These healthy habits, in conjunction with her sessions are how she is accomplishing her goals, and we are very proud of her!

A few other accomplishments include increasing hip mobility, learning to engage her core, and coming to enjoy workouts (especially upper body ones) more. Thanks so much to Greer for being an awesome client, and keep up the great work!

Then you will get a workout assessment where your trainer will guide you through exercises designed to see where you are at, so they can build a plan for you and progress from there.


They'll show you how to do everything properly, and how to make modifications if need be to fit an exercise to your body or goals. You'll start feeling accomplished and more confident about working out right away.


At the final part of the session they will show you a clear plan for getting started on your fitness goals and seeing success. You'll walk away knowing exactly what you need to do to get the results you want.
