Client Shout Out to Rishi 🌟

Each and every client's journey at our gym tells a unique story of hard work and triumph.

Today we're giving a shout out to our client Rishi, whose been consistently attending sessions with not just one, but two of our trainers, Jessica and Emory.

He has been hitting the gym consistently plus getting some great workouts through volleyball and boxing.

Consistency is one of the hardest parts of a fitness routine, but he has been showing up week after week and getting the results to prove it.

He has been adding weight to the bar every time he comes in, causing his strength to go through the roof! You can see him doing just that in the video below at a training session with Jessica:

Rishi has also eliminated his back pain! Many of us can relate to discomfort in the back, as it is one of the most common sources of discomfort.

From working on his form, mobility, and strengthening his core musculature with his trainers he has gotten rid of this common ailment.

Not only that, his Volleyball game has improved, and he has taken up boxing classes and made great strides there as well.

We are super proud of the milestones Rishi has achieved and we're excited to see where his fitness journey goes next. Keep up the great work, Rishi, you are crushin' it!
