Client Spotlight: Hunter Davis!

Hunter started his fitness journey almost one year ago with trainer David "Lats" Lattanzi.


When he first started, he didn’t know much about lifting weights, and basic exercises like push ups were not getting him the results he wanted. Form was important, because back pain had been a problem for him in the past.


He and David got right to work! First they worked on mastering technique and good form and then began adding weight. Over time Hunter has gained a lot of strength, and gone from pushing the 12 pound dumbbells up to easily repping the 40s. As a result, his arms have grown and he's gained a tone of muscle. Not only that he has dropped 10 pounds of fat. 


David helps him stay motivated outside of sessions as well, and Hunter hits his spin bike several times per week. Even when traveling Hunter will hit up a gym or find a way to get some exercise in. 


Congratulations to Hunter on all the progress. Keep up the good work and continue to inspire us!
