Hi, I'm Celeste Chamaa and I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, group fitness instructor, and am working on my degree in exercise science at the University of Texas. Go Horns! I love helping people get into shape, fix muscular imbalances, and discover their inner greatness! I'm also slightly obsessed with country music.
As a kid I struggled a lot with my weight, and was even classified as obese at one point. I wanted to do something about it, so I joined a gym and started working out. My work paid off, and I began losing weight and taking control of my health and fitness.
My fitness routine did so much more than just help me physically, I also gained a ton of confidence and it helped me excel in other areas too. I learned the importance of consistency and discipline, and was inspired to pursue greater and greater accomplishments. I realized that I had an inner greatness inside of me that had just been waiting to come out! Fitness changed my life, and I truly believe it can do the same for anyone who is ready to take that first step and get started.

Improving the mindset is incredibly powerful as well, because the body and mind are so closely connected that improving one will help the other. As such, it is important to work on both if we want to maximize our results with either one. Many anxieties and insecurities we experience are proliferated by poor diet and exercise, so by improving those areas we'll also improve mood and energy, in addition to our physical self. But, mental barriers can often be the culprit for the challenges we face when trying to change those nutrition and exercise habits, so breaking them down can help us change the mindset that holds us back from making positive changes.
It's easy to see why working on both your mindset and physical self can have such a positive synergistic effect. We will work together on rewriting the narrative that is holding you back so you can make amazing changes, reach your potential, and be the person you want to be.
