"Like many, I tried working out on my own doing weights and biking, and believed I was eating correctly. However, I saw no significant improvement in weight loss, strength, or body definition. I decided it was time to change the routine, and invest in a personal trainer. Alyse is an amazing personal trainer! I trained with Jessica from August to November during which I could not only achieve my goals in loosing weight healthily but also got stronger. I usually keep fitness goals and do follow it just a couple of weeks and then give up. But with Jessica it was not so. Not a single day I felt skipping the sessions. Newly relocated from New York/DC, I quickly realized that if I was going to live in the south, I was going to have to look good with very little on. So I decided to hire a personal trainer.
