My name is Ryan and I am an ACE and ACSM certified personal trainer and have a degree in health promotion and wellness management. I'm originally from Connecticut, love working out, and I own a Bentley (my dogs name is Bentley).

 

My personal journey with fitness started with Taekwondo and soccer. I was successful with these sports, but still felt skinny and wanted to add muscle. It wasn't easy, but over time I added 40 pounds of lean mass and achieved the athletic, lean, look I had always wanted. 

​

I have experience with group exercise classes and one on one personal training, and I can help you with a variety of fitness goals, including weight loss, adding lean muscle, and building endurance.

 

The technical aspects of teaching people to exercise are very enjoyable to me, and I also like making connections with clients and seeing them progress. I am committed to making workouts fun, effective, and challenging. We will switch things up to keep workouts interesting and to continue challenging the body for maximum results. 

Whether you are just getting started, or are an athlete looking to take your fitness to the next level, I can help you get there. We'll tackle the challenges you face by breaking them down with a simple step by step approach. We will build habits to support your goals one by one, like laying bricks for a house, and together we'll construct an indestructible fortress for your health and fitness.

Session rates depend on how many times per week you train and whether the sessions are with one person or two people. We also offer half hour sessions for the same price as two person sessions. You get a free session to start, click the Book With Ryan button below to book that.
