My name is David Lattanzi and I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I love to lift weights, play hockey, and I own the coolest pet cat ever, and yes, I am teaching him to work out. 


I am passionate about helping people gain confidence in the gym, improve their health, overcome injuries, and get in amazing shape. 

My experience, patience, and compassion allows me to help my clients become the best and healthiest version of themselves they can be. 


My personal journey with fitness started with me feeling like the smallest guy in a gym that I joined to gain weight for hockey. Despite initially being intimidated, working out ended up doing wonders for my self-confidence, improved my hockey game, and I got into the best shape of my life. This experience inspired me to turn my passion into a career and become a personal trainer.


It's been almost ten years since then and I have worked with hundreds of people with all kinds of stories and unique situations. I believe that each person has their own way of becoming their best self, and I love the challenge of helping them find that fit and healthy version of themselves. 

If you are new to the gym or intimidated to get started, I completely understand where you are coming from. It was like that for me too. I'll meet you where you are at, and progress at a pace that is right for you. We'll add nutrition habits that will support your goals and help you get the most out of your workouts. If you have any injuries I'll show you how to work around them, without aggravating them.

I'll guide you through workouts, show you ropes, and together we'll create the healthiest you possible. On the days you don't feel like working out, I'll motivate you, and create results that you can see and feel. 


Session rates depend on how many times per week you train and whether the sessions are with one person or two people. We also offer half hour sessions for the same price as two person sessions. You get a free session to start, click the Book With Alyse button below to book that.
