My name is Emory Blake and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, former NFL player, and a National Collegiate Champion with years of personal training experience. I’m proud to be a local Austinite and I enjoy being out in nature, trying new food, and spending time with my friends and family. 


I am passionate about giving people a new outlook on fitness and helping them feel comfortable and confident in the gym. My priority is to ensure proper functionality in the body by focusing on range of motion, corrective exercises, proper endurance, strength building, and muscle growth. With these fundamentals in place we can build a foundation that will last.  


Working out does not have to add stress to your life. In fact, it truly can be a form of meditation. The mind-body connection we create allows us to recenter ourselves, and simultaneously grow internally, as well as externally. 


All of my clients workout programs are specifically tailored to their level of fitness and individual needs. As an athlete, my style of training is performance based. This type of training will help you achieve a lean athletic build that allows you to move fluidly.
