My name is Mason Maglalang and I'm a certified personal trainer. I played a variety of sports growing up (wrestling, football, track — you name it), and my fitness journey began as a way to improve my athletic performance. As I pursued strength in the gym, however, I quickly fell in love with the process more than the original goal itself. The gym became my safe haven, and through it I found confidence, community and a sense of purpose. It’s been an integral part of my life ever since.


Outside of training, I enjoy doing just about anything outdoors. I also have fun gaming, spending time with my two cats and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I love to try new things and continually seek opportunities to better myself — not only as a coach, but as an individual as well.


As a personal trainer, I am dedicated to serving you. My mission is to help you realize your potential in any way that I can! I believe fitness is a holistic endeavor that encompasses both physical and mental well-being. While personal training often emphasizes the improvement of our physical state, I believe that developing one’s mental fortitude is of equal importance.

My training philosophy stems from my years of experience as both an athlete and a coach. I value each client as an individual and take the time to truly understand who they are. Everyone’s journey is unique, which is why I believe in fostering real connections with open dialogue. I’ve witnessed the far-reaching impact of fitness firsthand, and it’s why I’m so passionate about sharing this way of life with others.


I have a no-frills approach to coaching. If you want to build muscle, strength and confidence in yourself, then I want to work with you! Whether you are new to the gym or an experienced lifter, I will lead you toward your goals.

1 Hour Two Person Training 

$42 per session
