Here are three easy swaps you can make this weekend to keep progressing while still having a good time away from work.
1. Instead of drinking Friday night, arrange an active night by playing a game or sport. Great options are pickelball, table tennis, or flag football.
2. We all love brunch! But there are healthy options, and unhealthy ones for this favorite weekend-morning meal. Instead of loading up on bacon, pancakes, and waffles, try healthier options like a yogurt and fruit parfait, vegetable omelette, or turkey bacon/sausage.
3. Instead of just vegging out, plan some fun activities. Great options are going for one of the many scenic hikes around Austin, going for a bike ride, or getting a workout in at a local gym.
