From her trainer, Chris: When Mina started personal training she struggled, like many, with motivation, consistency, and her confidence in her ability to workout. She even told me she didn't think she'd ever be able to go to the gym on her own without having a training session scheduled.
Since we started, that has changed completely and I am so proud! Mina now works out on her own three to four times a week, and does one personal training session too. She enjoys yoga, pilates, going for walks, and getting workouts in at the gym or with weights she has at home.
By steadily building on her successes over time, she has gained confidence in her abilities and consistency with her exercise habits. Not only that she has accomplished many other goals including:

I am a 62 year old woman with a teenage son and we have both been going to Chris for over a year and since then we have seen major improvements in our overall health.
