This week we have a tip from local Trainer Will: He is a professional trainer at our studio and today he is going to show you how to do a new exercise. It is called the Glute Ham Raise, and it is a fantastic exercise for the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back.


This exercise is great for athletes who want to reduce the risk of a hamstring tear during sports, or for those who want to work on developing the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back muscles.


This movement is a bit on the advanced side, so make sure to work up slowly and focus on proper form.
