Your sessions will take place at Chris Protein’s gym, Evolve Personal Fitness. This state-of-the-art facility is conveniently located in south Austin right off of 290. It has all standard fitness equipment, as well as convenient amenities including showers and changing rooms. We make it easy for you to fit your personal training sessions into your busy days. 

In addition to the standard equipment, our facility also offers a beautiful outdoor exercise area complete with TRX bands, punching bags, tires, and much more. Our rates are affordable, and your first session with your personal trainer is free. After your first free session, you can decide how many training sessions you would like to do.
