I love helping people gain a positive attitude about the gym, learn self defense skills, and get in great shape. Whether you want to lose weight, add muscle tone, or perfect your technique in the gym or in the ring, I can be your guide. If you are new to working out or uneasy about getting started, don't worry, we will work together as a team until you feel empowered, strong, and confident.

I am Nancy and I am an ACE certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and Golden Gloves boxing champion. I'm originally from San Angelo, love all animals, but especially my dog, cat, and parakeet. I'm passionate about helping people develop a positive attitude towards their health, gain confidence, and get in fantastic shape.

 

My fitness journey started at the age of 7, when I first got started in martial arts with Taekwondo. I then got into kickboxing, and most recently boxing. I started personal training in college at my family owned gym in San Angelo, but moved to Austin to pursue a job in finance. I soon realized that I was far more passionate about health and fitness than finance, and started training and instructing fitness classes here in Austin. 

 

I am proficient with a wide variety of modalities, and have obtained multiple certifications including:

  • ACE Certified Personal Trainer 

  • Kettlebell Certification from TruFusion

  • TRX Certification from TruFusion

  • Battle Rope Certification from TruFusion

Positive energy, hard work, and a little support from a helping hand will get you where you want to be. We will work hard, but I promise we will have fun doing it. And on the days where you are having trouble getting motivated, I'll be there to keep you on track and help you find the strength to keep going.
